Hi everyone!
Welcome to the first image in my landscape series.
My Dad and I were carrying tripod+camera on a very long walk through And Torr, in search of waterfalls. We didn't find ANY of the luscious cascades of spring water surrounded by green plants. Instead, we found this small waterfall underneath a bridge, and the backdrop was the mountains of Glencoe. The sun came out too. However - there was just ONE problem...
The waterfall was down a slippery vertical bank, with mossy rocks and slippy rocks. However, some of the mossy ones were also slippery. My Dad told me I was crazy and tried to persuade me not to take the journey down. Obviously I did
. I carefully went down, using the tripod as a walking stick. I managed to precariously balance the tripod on a slippery rock - and got some nice shots. ![]()
I hope it was worth the near-death experience. ![]()
Thanks
Jonah
