This is probably the last of my Martello tower attempts; although it was a night time picture, the long exposure had brightened up the sky to look like day, so in this version i have edited the sky to darken it, possibly too much?
I have also taken-on Allies comment and the tower is not so central as in the previous image.

great shot, I inspected many times the Martello, Shakespeare and Abbotscliffe Tunnels in the line Dover-Folkestone line but never had a chance to take any shots, well done!

A lovely image. You were lucky to see the moon that night .I believe it was one of the bigest and brightest for several years. We had cloud and rain up north !
