Morning Jon,
A good street scene with a very damp feeling, well caught with no traffic around.
Jon, sorry but although it's a true reflection I found the cable running down the middle of the image a bit of a distraction, it had to go
.
There seemed to be a orange/warming cast which I've removed and leveled the image using the corner of the building on the left.
Then after making a copy go into your blend modes and select "Overlay" which makes dark colours darker and light colour lighter. I only wanted to add this effect to the road to try and give it a damper feeling so after reducing the opacity to 38% I erased it from the rest of the image by using a layer mask and black brush.
Take care
Martin

Thanks for all the comments and thanks for the great mod Martin.
I had left the cables in as they're apart of the tramline system and it looked a little odd when I removed them so I thought I'd put them back. Also the title might not have fit anymore and I might have been questioned as to where the lines had gone! I suppose the title makes it okay for the cables to be there.
Thanks again,
Jon
like the blue sky & showered ground,. great colours.
Gareth
