The mother of the bride, and the bridesmaids, about thirty seconds before the bride arrived. I understand it was a stressful morning.

Classic! We'll be going through this next year, I'm already checking out weep-proof mascara.
This is my sort of wedding picture, real memories rather than glossy concocted ones.

Are you certain it wasn't hay fever?
I have been snuffling and sneezing a lot recently - the rainier, the sneezier!
One of the bridesmaids has seen the joke ![]()
Super informal shot - always the best.

I couldn't agree more, the posed shots are sooooooooo boring whereas candids like this are where the real memories are.

Revisit: The runaway winner in my Photo of the Day competition. Having recently returned from taking wedding photos, though years since I was last the Official Photographer (do you remember how much the Mamiya C330F weighed?)*
I can feel for you. An image full of empathy and humour; I couldn't ask for more.
Best wishes
Bill
*It weighed about as much as the Forth Bridge, which it resembled in other significant ways too!
I hope the wedding wasn't such a sad occasion![]()
I had staid clear of wedding for nearly 15 years, now IT seems to come back and bite me . 3 wedding shots this summer, the last one (last weekend was at 41 in the shade, I had been thinking seriously of posting some shots for silly sunday)
great capture.
I was with themwhen they were doing their makeup ....
At least an hour ... what a waste!![]()
