Last weekend, Leeds hosted its final farmer's market at the back of Kirkgate Market. From now on the farmer's market will be held on Briggate, which might remove some of the fun . . .
Many many thanks to Taggart and Woolybill for their kindly presented User Awards for my last upload, and to all you wonderful people who have voted for my photographs previously.

I certainly wouldn't want one of those thrown at me, Jon, so I jolly well would duck!
I like to pov used here, and the distant figure adds depth to the image and really makes the composition too.
Bill
love it!! and think it might work well in mono as an afterthought
Receding frames within frames, this really is very well composed. Plus it has a nice triangle - the man closest to the camera seems to be looking past the girl to the man in the background.

They look big, even for duck eggs. More yolk than white as well, normally.
Well timed inter-relationship between the elements, Jon (and I don't include the rain this time!!)

By heck, it's a long time since I had a duck egg! A great candid capture, Jon...and as Barbara says, think this would work well in mono, which would remove the distracting colourful background ![]()

Hate to tell you guys but the white eggs on the left of the picture are goose eggs. Good candid shot of the market though.
Eggcelent composition..like the shadowy figure in the b/g. Those are some big eggs![]()
