I like a good bit of fern, I do...

Anyway, I'd just got set up to shoot this when the sun appeared, creating great blobs of nasty dappled light. Fortunately, I always carry a white plastic groundsheet and, once strapped to a couple of saplings, this made a really useful diffuser. Just the job!

Hi Julian,Really like the fern photo, great variety of vegetation and structure and super rendition of colours. Would you say that Portra is better than Ektar for this sort of restricted colour palette? Adam
