Have done a mod, Josh emphasizing the difference between light and dark. It doesn't really show what he is doing though.

Its a nice shot. Lots of reflections upper left, including a guy with a camera.

I would crop this, lose the lamp, and the right cabinet shelving that is sticking out.

Then look at some conversions.

I personally think colour is best for this, just because of the subject, coloured glass. However. the mono and duo toned mods do change the mood quite a bit, perhaps making the man more the subject, rather than the glass.
