Another from the shoot the other day with Laura Amy White and the Pentax K-30.
Used Adobe Photoshop CS6 and the Field Blur tool (filter, blur) to blur everything but the face, as well as Iris blur.
The main light source was on the other side of the window.
A variation is black and white, cropped with grain added.

V2, but i don't see any story or feel any connection with the subject - its quite close in and her nose is rather dominant and the nose skin texture is picked out rather strongly with the light from the side.
