A great character study which lends its self to the monochrome medium. Composition is very good, but if I were to be very picky I would say that the woman wearing the white coat becomes very distracting, constantly drawing the eye away from the main subject. If that coat could be lowered in tone it would centre the attention on the violinist, the main subject. Just a personal preference, but never the less a good image.
