Hi.
It's a funny old world at times!!!
I stepped outside into our garden this morning to sweep up the leaves from next doors tree only to spot this little chap sitting in a pot alongside one of our patio roses.
Not only did I find this mushroom but I get to properly try out my new Sigma lens.
The lens is a Sigma 70-300mm with macro, so I grabbed it and camera and then tripod and started snapping away.
The result is what you see, literally a quick crop and sharpen.
I cannot beleive sometimes how things just land in your lap, or in this case outside my backdoor.
Comments are very welcome.
Joe.

Excellent shot, Joe, great composition, nice sharp detail and wonderful colours. I see you have the same camera / lens combination as me so I must watch out for shrooms in our garden (but only if we eventually get some rain to make them grow)!
