Well I keep having another go and this is todays result.
Taken lots of shots over the past week or so trying all different settings.
Usually the only time we go is after school so the light is fading by then. Hopefully better weather will make for better shots.

Once again any advice would be appreciated and the settings on this shot are 1/350 sec ISO 400 F4.8 Focal length 110mm

I think you have done well. Horses are unpredictable sometimes with regards to direction and of course fast!

Great how you have captured the dirt being kicked up,shows you got the motion and timing just right,great seeing the horseshoe marks all over the ring.Awesome shot.take care,AnnSmile
