This really makes me wonder what the light source it. A ghost perhaps? Superb effect, and those cows from your last upload are awesome!

Hi Julie, my turn to award your RC tonight :o)
This shot is outstanding, some of the things you do to your photos are really amazing.
Must be viewed large to fully appreciate the effect.
The light source set off my imagination and I have a few theories as to what it could be.
A miner walking home from the pit?
A supernatural orb?
One of those small spheres of light that the extra-terrestials send out to investigate us?
an old guy riding a Penny Farthing bicycle through the fog ( you're too young to remember those though arent you ;o) )
Or Andrew lighting a fag?
Right, gotta go, my medication is wearing off ;o)
Great work yet again.
Geoff.
You're certainly a wizz at spooky Julie
ANother great atmosphere shot. Bruce.
Wonderful image! I love the atmosphere. Great tones and detail. ![]()
Thanks everyone, sorry for the slow replies...just totally tired out at the mo,thats(knackered)in French :o)
will get back to you asap.
Geoff:laughed my head off at that,well..if it was Andrew lighting a fag then he must've had a flame thrower...lol.
The effect i wanted was of a flashlight being shone on the path...i think :o}
Glad you all like it tho.
Thank all.

This one has a wonderful feel to it. Whatever you have done to make it look like this takes time and effort so well done. Not sure I would be venturing up there on my own even to get a good image like this one. I usually take the dog (more to make me feel safer) with me. Excellent work.
Regards
Gerry
What a very impressive image, great atmosphere you have caught.

It's been a while Julie... (where does time go?) but this is just so typical of your exquisite work.
Utterly compelling to view - and with that wiff of 'mystery'...
(sigh)
