Agree, I think the crop is a little to tight - particuarly at the top and the RHS where some of the flowers seem to be chopped off.
Nice details though, especially like the fact some of the inscription is hidden.

Good, but can't help thinking the colours are a bit too vibrant for the subject matter... to my eye it would work better if less saturated, like an edwardian autochrome perhaps.
