I find grasshoppers difficult.......they hop! But this one was sat on top of a flower, quite happy to pose. Well, I say happy, I must have looked a right nutter, bent over a flower going around and around as he walked away from the camera.

It looks like the grasshopper turned its head to look at the camera. Excellent macro. JNC
I shall soon put a picture of a grasshopper i took a photo of, not as good as this. i particually like the eyes,
been there done that .... and had weird looks for my pains ..... still yet to get "the" shot tho ..... my macro facility is useless but I will keep trying!(When I can get out and about again!) Beautiful detail here ... well done! Click*
