I caught Taffy playing with a coaster on the coffee table. The afternoon sun through the window brought out the colours in his coat beautifully!

Thanks Dave, The trouble with my flash is I can't adjust the strength - it's either all or nothing (I could have used a shield, but had to be quick - he knows he's not allowed on tables!). I really liked the colours in the sunlight, had I used flash he would have looked totally different.................but I do understand what you are getting at.
I did go into Photoshop E9 and removed the shadow, but it just didn't look right then, so I left it as taken.
(If anyone else would like a go, the 'Mod' area is open!)
A delightful image of this mischievous youngster, this one could have been uploaded for Shadow Saturday, or have you got an even better one in store for us?!![]()
I think this is a lovely shot, the shadow looks great to me as it is a natural light and a capture of a cat in action.
the curve of taffys back is wonderful.
I like to see pets doing things rather than formally posed. ( I have an extremely stubborn Yorkshire terrier lol )
