Hi Karthik,
The exposure is just right, you captured it in its natural habitat which is very good. As I've seen here in EPZ, they didn't cut or cropped out the other part of the flower (petals) except for zoom closed up or for abstract means. Hope it helps a bit, I'm no expert either Smile Fine shot.

Good use of flash, well controlled, there is little evidence of flashlight.
I was wondering if it would have been possible to get one of the flowers on its own, I guess they are too close for that.
