The oval room in the Bibliotheque National (Richelieu site) in Paris. I understand that the library has been partly moved and expanded into a modern skyscraper, but this site is retained for some collections.

I took this shot through a window, unaware that it is in fact forbidden to visit or take photos. The only signs I saw were about mobile phone use, but I feel a bit naughty now Sad

Having said that, I felt less guilty once I had seen the image up close and realised that the librarian was buying golf clubs on the internet...

Great shot. I can see a little of the reflection on the glass. Maybe seeing a little bit more detail of what's reflected on the glass would have added to it.

Lighting looks great inside the building and I like the perspective of the green lamps merging toward the center. I wonder what a wide angle can do for that view.

Just an opinion. I love you photo.
