Although it doesn't say so in the photo information, I suspect that this has been digitally manipulated so that everything that isn't green has been converted to black and white. Which makes a change from red, I suppose. Mind you, I don't think there was much red in this photograph, anyway.

I think you have done well to cover up a dull sky with the branches of the tree, framing your main subject, the house, at the same time.
