As Guest Editor for the week and most folk knowing my love of nature, I'm trying to resist any favouritism or awarding nature images. But how can I possibly ignore this, everything about it is just spot on, but the real clincher for me is the of centre composition......Great work Luke and I'm really envious of this one mate, smashing image which for me is just perfect!!!!

Ade

This is a belter Luke. Superb image and really love what you have done to the end of the perch. Excellent manipulation to tidy it up and make it blend. Not so sure about the plain bg though, prefer the real ones with texture.
Richard

Outstanding pose and real quality on the plumage....but as Richard says the b/g lets it down...it just looks too sterile. It makes it look like it's in a studio.
