Water Avens, or Geum Rivale, a marginal aquatic plant that likes a boggy environment - mine lives in big damp pot in a damp corner with some reeds, I think they are a UK native. Here its begun going to seed.

The large version is coming up a bit too big for my display - if you could say how it looks on yours I'd be much obliged.
Hadn't thought of it like that. I suppose it is a bit like the plates in old books.
