Rog, you can get guided tours of the barracks, quite an extensive historical area. You have to go as a party, organized well in advance, when its convenient for the MOD, and all positively vetted. There was a lot more to see than I expected, and a lot more walking.
I did have some slight connection at one time, but thats all history now. This visit happened because someone at work wanted to go, and she had to get a party together in order to do it.

Good lighting and colours. Despite the military connection, it conveys a feeling of peace.
