Reverse ring macro stuff again, the creature had died at this point , but this thing was on its way out before it met me , ( what do you think Richard can you tell ) this shot was alot easier with dead model . thanks to ugly for comments on last pic but you wont see any aperture settings because the lens is on backwards ( no electrical contacts ) pre set the aperture at f22 for max dof but still tiny (only way round it is to focus stack as far as i can tell ) cheers Kel.

Stunning work Kel, even down to the little dew drops on his eyes. I would suggest of you ever decide to move onto "human" models you look for an alternative way to ensure they don't move when you are photographing them!Wink One of the best macro shots I have seen. HB

This is another amazing macro, Kel!! Such superb detail.
Those eyes are most definitely lifeless; it just wouldn't pass as being anything other than 'passed away'!

Richard

Even better angle here with incredible levles of detail. Stacking is the way to go for sure! One other thing, the reversed lens seems to be showing up the dirt on your sensor (dust bunnies to the right of the antennae). Let me know if you want me to bring my cleaning kit when we come down. Wink
