was trying to get shot of clouds moving past buildings , but these buildings acted as a bit of a wind tunnel , making it very difficult to keep things steady , lots of shots were binned because of that but quite happy with this one , light was changing constantly and building on right is made up of metal panels making exposure bit tricky , thanks for taking a look , any tips and comments always very welcome . Kel

Wow Kel! Your best image yet in my view. The long exposure sky really lets you appreciate the buildings' lines without distraction as does the mono coversion. I can well imagine colour was not important when you have such a graphic comp so good choice to discard it. They have a great sheen from the metal which suits urban theme and their modern appearance. Are you location scouting for the weekend?!!

Hi Kel, Strong, strong, strong! clever use of long exp'. If you've a big camera bag hang it on tripod to hold it down, I use minimal equipment but hang camera bag on tripod & put my foot on it. I'd love to see some more of this style, best regards, Si

Wow Kel, I have to agree with Al that I also think this is one of your best. Composition is sublime, the colours are atmospheric with all the grey tones blending into each other & I love the angles of the buildings and the shadows.

The toning is beautiful in both the sky and on the buildings. I am not sure why but that shadow on the middle building gives the image so much atmosphere. Love it.
