Very well spotted! Great idea just him alone in all those seats and I like the title too, gotta work hard to see his tie in all those red seats! His face looks very red too. I think this is heading towards being a really great image. Being contructive, he's at the point where the seating starts to blur and so does his head. I wonder if that's camera movement rather than lens blur; 4 sec is a long shutter speed and this may have been one of those times where ramping up the ISO would let you get a sharper shot and that's better even if it introduces some noise. I'd also be tempted to use the lends distortion correction on your software to correct what looks like a small amount of pincushion distortion, although that could just be an optical illusion from the grid lines!
