It rains here a lot, so I had to capture this moment. Comments are appreciated.

Straighten these converging verticals young man LOL. How are you doing, hope you are enjoying this fine weather ![]()
Victor
Thanks Victor, but I like the effect. With the lens at 10mm, I set the aperture to F22 to get the depth, and distortion.
I had a circular polarizer filter fitted as well.
I'm still experimenting with the lens, and want to get into Abstract Photography much more. Landscapes are far too difficult for a novice like me, so I'll stick to what I know.
Haven't been out much. It's a bit too hot for me. I'm a typical Scot, who likes the cold miserable weather.
I hope you are well. It would be nice to meet up again, and maybe even take some photos this time. Depends on me getting a day when I'm not in pain of course. Still, it's something to think about. It's good to hear from you my friend, and thanks for the continuing support.
Take care,
Ken
I like the effect the sigma lens gives you. not to every ones taste but for me I finally decieded if you like something, stick with it....

A nice wide shot which is quite effective. i agree it could do with a bit of straightening out though, and i don't thin it would suffer from cropping away a fair bit of the sky to belwo the "speared" cloud - that would accentuate the pano aspect of it as well
Stephen
Thanks for the comment and advice Stephen.
With the lens set at 10mm, I had to lean right out the window to get the shot and was just trying out the new lens. I know it's not very good, and only posted the shot to get some advice.
You and Victor are right about its flaws, but I really wouldn't know how to fix them. Feel free to have a go yourself if you want, as I am trying to learn how to use this lens. Thanks for taking time to comment. I appreciate it.
Hi Ann,
You're very kind with your comment Ann, and I thank you. It's not a very good shot, but I suppose it does capture the feel of the area. As you know, it does rain a lot around here so I wanted to take this photo while it was sunny for a change.
It's good to hear from you Ann. I hope you are keeping okay. Sorry we still haven't got the chance to meet. I've not been very well, so don't do very much these days.
You take good care of yourself Ann.
Thank you both for the comments.
Ken
