thanks for your comments ketch, ive only just got into all this, but this bridge is not easy to photo as is restricted area access, what lens would you reccommend for landscapes, some say 10-20mm.?, at the moment im focusing on landscapes/birds, but I see by your gallery you have a great eye for an image so who knows Im just enjoying the ride, it helps fill in the gap from designing and carving gravestones!

Hi Ketch, stokest here yhanks for your comments, this was hand held and was just record to show my wife what this place looked like, its the same scene as yesterday winter reflections so ill be again, that was my first entry in camera culb comp. and got 16/20, your gallery looks as if you have a very varied eye for a picture, ive only started but I carved gravestones for 44 years and I cant get stonework of some discrition out my head and I also am trying birds, but who knows, many thanks for taking the trouble to comment I appreciate any help, ronnie

Thanks for your kind comment. Love your work especially the dogs. I have just about given up on this site..as you said, I despair, despite reaching out extensively My pictures receive very little if no attention. I guess they just don't make the grade.
