The council allows backstreets to be painted by artists and i beleive theres a large waiting list to obtain a wall for a period of time.

Yes, it`s off Trinity Street,the area around " the custard factory " Worth googleing its a Arts/club area.
I was just driving into city center and saw some Art Work ,pulled off and the whole area is covered in art work---High quality stuff .Worth a visit if in the area.
