One of my favourite images from my many trips to Minsmere RSPB reserve, Suffolk. I actually cloned out two other marsh harries out of this shot. I'm exhibiting some of my work here:

Digital art & photography Exhibition #1

9 December to 28 January

The Basement Gallery

11 Elm St. & 12-14 Princes St.,
Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1QT
Tues-Sat 10 am to 6 pm
Sun 11 am to 4 pm

And this one is on the wall!

I posted this two years ago and it bombed so badly, I deleted it. So honest comments welcome!

Cannot understand why it bombbed its a lovely light great composition an the moment of pure tranquility is captured.

theres fickle folk ive had work i've sold for 100's not get a single vote on here so I should'nt worry, this shot bought back happy memories of the bittern booming an the Curlew on the wing, sand in the sarnies so fish an chips at Aldeburgh after a day in the hides.

Well clicked

See you there Edward, got some work in the exhibition along with some of the 'painters'. Looking forward to seeing the print of this.

Thought I'd seen it before. Just because it bombed doesn't make it a bad thing. Maybe it's just too subtle. It doesn't leap out at you on here that's all.

The only reason I can see it bombed Edward is as Steve said it doesn't leap out of the screen at you (particularly the thumbnail).

I think it's a very atmospheric and well composed shot.

I hope it sells for you.
