compositionally i think this is great and i like his expression also
not keen on the red around his hair 'n on jeans though, not sure why it's like that??
(his hands look a bit ott with smoothing too..)

like the pose/comp and crop they all work really nicely...but
i think you went too far with the PP layers so that it detracts from the subject & blurs it a bit much , only my opinion & i know how tricky layers can be lol (plus i don't know if that may have been your intention do i) anyway, keep em coming!

oh, did you shoot against a black BG originally? because if you shoot against a mid grey say, it is much much easier to manipulate the layers afterwards ;-0)
