For me the colour version is stronger and has more impact. I think the blending has been too severe around the hair, my preference would be to see more...but still I like the image and the idea. Creative and nicely done. Andy I

Yesterday a morning came, a smile upon your face.
Caesar's palace, morning glory, silly human race,
On a sailing ship to nowhere, leaving any place,
If the summer change to winter, yours is no disgrace.

Battleships confide in me and tell me where you are,
Shining, flying, purple wolfhound, show me where you are,
Lost in summer, morning, winter, travel very far,
Lost in musing circumstances, that's just where you are.

Yesterday a morning came, a smile upon your face.
Caesar's palace, morning glory, silly human race,
On a sailing ship to nowhere, leaving any place,
If the summer change to winter, yours is no,
Yours is no disgrace.

Eeee that brings back memories. Guess the band and you win a pair of purple loons Wink

Colour for me Jo, and intriguing work once again.

For me, this has a very 'Degas' look to it; lovely in colour - and what a fine series.

Lol, that was obviously far too easy. I believe that purple loons are actually banned in Rochdale these days.
