great essentials , great image
Dave

very outstanding Jo. that shine on the chair (?) taking the attention away from the model, somehow works very well.

The markings on the back of the chair almost take the place of the model's face. Excellent shot.

Alan.

the human animal is the strangest of them all Jo, this has futurism in it, sado-masochism, the authority of a public lecture from behind a lectern -- and this achieved with a simple chair and your imagination.

Like something from Alien. Love the lighting and the sheen on the legs.

Love it! The strange quality of the chair makes it quite sinister.

Jo - this is amazing.

I love it.

The views to click ratio is just stupid and an EC would be more apropriate.

Fine Art .............. most certainly.

Great. The face doesn't look alien to me, rather like 'almosting' (you know, when your just glimpsing, trying to recall something in your memory - thanks James Joyce) the face on the Shroud of Turin. Smashing.

great example of modern photography. like the grey tones. congrats on the hc which is the minimum award it should get

this is brilliant..no idea how you thought of it or how you did it (is it one side mirrored??), but the effect is ethereal and unworldly and just very good.

congrats on the well deserved HC
