I like the B/W one best I think
Great shot. The limited colour really works
very very stylish, i think i would have liked more space on the right, but all it needs is a black boarder to give that,
hmm i did think about adding some space but it would've been on the left lol
this is just as i took it apart from a teeny crop off the bottom
Another lovely shot hun
Warm regards, Iain.
V2 for me Jo
yeah Ian... funnily enough i'm torn now between 1 & 2 myself lol
for this one, it has to be V2 for me Jo'. But a lovely model to have posing for you indeed.
I love the hint of colour and the V3 mono. They all have a different atmosphere about them, and they're all beautifully done.
Like all three, good shot and well processed.
Exquisite portrait. Definiely V1, has a timeless mysterious atmosphere!
V1. Well worth the RC!
Excellent portrait, and my favourite is no2
I thought there is no way I'll like the other two versions better than the first. But I think I may slightly prefer V2. All exceptional though.
i liked yesterdays shot, but this one is better if you dont mind me saying...you got the lighting just right here, not too bright on her skin, lovely skin tones, eye contact and pose, and again i prefer the de-saturated V1
i sort of agree with NEWMANP about having a bit more space on the right though, but thats just being picky as its a really lovely portrait that i bet she's dead pleased with
Its no 1 for me, a lovely image.
May I ask about post processing? There are a few people on here who have this wonderful ability in producing stunning portrait shots, that look extra special I would include you and Laura Ferreria plus others. I would love to learn more about the way you produce and process images like this one. Angi
Love this one
thanks for the comments/feedback folks..
and cheers Pete! made my night
(ill Pm you Angi)
V1 for me Jo.
Beautiful and excellent image.
Congrats on your HC

Excellent idea Jo, keep it up and well done on the h/c
Great to see a new model from you too, you should do more of this.
V2 best for me.Three lovely compositions.
V2 for me too, but all are crackers!!!
I'm with you on 'hint of colour' thingie, v.1 works the best for me too, they're all just great though. Congratulations on your HC, it's so worth it.
v1 for me
congrats on the HC jo...doesn't surprise me at all
Lovely - version 3 is my fav.
Jo it's amazing to see how your work has progressed and changed just in the last year. In my opinion, your style is really coming out and your creativity is exploding. I'm looking forward to seeing more. Cheers, Martin
thankyou martin :-0)
Awesome. V3 for me.
This is so beautiful.
Must admit that I prefer your manips Jo, but there's a real quality running through all of these recent portraits. Definitely more than one string to your bow, and well done on the HC.
Congrats on the HC!
This is something very special, it has a very 16/17th Century painting feel, a nice sense of Chiaroscuro such as Caravaggio or Rubens may have used, it is a simply wonderful portrait.
Now the bra... it doesn't marr the shot, but i do wonder what it would have looked like without it. Really nice work Jo.
the bra...... yeah me too
