An American couple outside their ritzy hotel in Rome wait for the driver to take them on a guided tour of the city.
While they do so she takes her own personal tour around her face which, judging by his expression, he's seen before.
Probably a case of "been there, done that".

Wicked observation, love this one. Lots of nice little touches, the legs are in unison, the faces are miles apart. Plus the way he's staring at nothing in particular, and the empty space on the right.
