The shoulders not being level may put some off but for me, I love this image. Up close is pretty intense.

This really caught me eye. I like the simplicity and purity of this photograph.

I don't think it should be too tightly cropped as part of the artistic beauty is the sitter's relaxed position in the frame.

This portrait is enchanting - literally.
I feel forced to keep looking at it.
The control of the lighting is masterful and the model is beautiful.
I know that it is being picky but the ear piercing holes keep bothering me, probably more than ear rings would. Strange that.
I appreciate that as a portrait of this person they should probably stay, but viewed just as a stunning image I think that cloning them out might make it perfect.

As soon as I clicked onthe larger image it just blew me away.
Everything about the portrait was stunning. I have uploaded two mods , one colour and one bw. I have moved away from photo side as I don't think it comes any better than your image.
