Agree that a bit of the detail is lost in the black area of the face. Looks like you were working in some strong light and that makes exposure difficult. Also, it's a grab-shot and you have to work fast. A very good composition in this and super cute capture.

Yes the face is a shame, the culprit was the pups owner casting a shadow but liked it anyhow, a split second later and Archie was off! Got a couple more to share with you all so will be interested in comments, thanks Karen
