not bad at all, Karen.
probably a bit more depth to have both eyes and ears sharp and tone down the tongue a bit.

Smashing Portrait Karen. My three best things that I like about this shot is the angle you have chosen to photograph this fine looking chap (the classic view for this type of dog). The crisp lighting has produced lovely natural modelling and the BG is spot on. What next? If this was a portrait of my dog I would turn it into a painting, print A3 on textured linen paper, mount it and stick it on the wall. Keep up the good work, enjoyed this portrait of Jason very much.
