Taken today on a visit to Pooley Heritage Centre in Polesworth, Staffs...... previously we've encountered 'dead shrooms' as we go too late in the season but this year we managed to catch a 'fresh crop'... this pic shows two 'shrooms freshly 'born' as you can see from the tufts of moss around the base... there is a small family behind but I concentrated on the front two 'having a cuddle'....
