This is a quick upload as I've just realised how long its been since I was 'active' but two lots of antibiotics later I think I'm about cured from this horrid chest infection thats doing the rounds!!... so apologies to everyone and an upload from the archives and a visit to Pooley Heritage Centre, Polesworth several weeks ago..... this little 'shroom was one of half a dozen that caught my eye.. haven't got a clue what it is or why there were so few... so any ID would be interesting....

I was sorry to hear that you have been ill-- I was on antibiotics on and off all summer due to what was most likely Lyme disease-- It does upset just about everything-- -Iam hopin it is over now for you-- Have a good week!

Very good shot. I love mushrooms as you can tell from my name and
I have seen these before . This is a Common Puffball or the scientific name its a Lycoperdon Perlatum.
