In this picture I came in really close. I went really soft and light. In spite of how grown up she can look, it gives the soft feeling of the child that she is. Rather then black and White, I left a touch of color and texture.

As you say, she looks so much younger in this one. The angle accentuates the beautiful shape of her face and the close crop gives this portrait a very gentle feel.

Lovely shot - pretty girl, nice crop

I would love to see a version of this with her looking at the camera. No changes to the angle of the face, that is spot on. Maybe a little smile at the corner of the mouth, too.
As for this shot though, very powerful and you cannot help but wonder about what she is thinking about which is what it is all about.
