Not wishing to contradict my fellow critiquer, but I wonder if that in such dull lighting conditions, making it very monochromatic, there would be much in the way of contrast anyway?

I reckon as it stands, it's a competently composed & exposed record of the prevailing weather conditions.

Maybe a mono conversion but leaving the buoy coloured, would be more effective.
