Thanks boov,derrymaine and michaelo. Although it looks like HDR, it was processed using Nik filters Viveza and Colour efex pro.

I don't normally do landscapes so I recently bought a w/a lens for a trip to Scotland where this was taken.

By the way, Nik filters are being sold by google for about 83 if you use one of the 15% discount codes
