I prefered your previous upload of monica, the lighting was beautiful, her face looked much softer and had a better pose. (Just my opinion of course)

This is strikingly lit, but that makes the eyes a little dark for my taste: a reflector to kick some light back into her eye sockets would make Monica look even more delectable.

I hear there are solutions with PS, and of course a little burst of flash can work, too: but a sheet of paper or polystyrene lets you see before you take!

Skin tones are gorgeous. The 40D, and many Canon DSLRs tend to favour red, and its not a problem here.

Would agree with more light reflected into the eyes, and some more obvious catchlights
