I really like this, plenty of good mood and a great sky! The only niggle I have is that the road on the left is a little too bright and distracts from the arches. You could try to make more of a feature of it so that it echoes the railway and arches, or perhaps shoot from further to the left (if possible) and thus crop it off. Cropping the image as it stands doesn't quite work so well because I think you need to keep the sweep of the railway into the left edge. Rgds., Adam

The way the composition draws the eye from right to left works well, although Id be tempted to skew the vignetting so it adds to 'vanishing point'. The toning works weel too.
