Yet more cases in this image, but I've toned down any contrasts in the background this time, and desaturated just a little, whilst keeping the proper colour of the lingerie. All comments and critiques are welcome.
Very nice rim lighting, esp on the legs. Are you still just using a single 580 ? (I think you said you had), did you modify it any way.
Maybe I would have lost the round case, just to keep the triangle...still like it though.
Another excellent image Leigh. I know there were a few comments regarding the cases yesterday but I think they are great props and do add to the image. That said I think the 3 she is sitting on here would be enough for the image and the additional 3 do not add anything. Even so its still a wonderful image and the processing is an improvement on yesterdays.
Thanks fellas. Truex, I have a 580 and a 430, but this was done with studio lights and softboxes, powered from a generator. I could never have got the same effect from strobes I don't think.
Thanks for the feedback again, Darren.
I like this one, I like the cases very much, I added a fairly heavy Vignette to yesterdays to put all the focus on the girl, I think this shot would benefit from the same, but only to show of the girl and Lingerie ( what the shot is for I guess ) BUT as a stand alone shot of a pretty model its really well lit and I really like the look she has. Nice one. ( well 2 )
Another beauty, Leigh, your handling of the background works better on this
Me likes, has a classy feel this Leigh
I think the shot of the model is first class.
As for the cases, I'd move the round one and place it behind the ones on which she's sitting, so that it's still visible but less of a distraction. I'd leave the rest where they are.
Hope you don't mind.
Just my opinion.
An absolutely stunning image! Wonderful colours, composition, light, and tones!
Thanks for your opinion Jester I think that would probably be an improved setup.
And thanks, Phil.
again personel taste
You could put the suitcase on her head and someone would like it,and someone wouldnt, explore what YOU like.
Thanks Illuvator, but I did ask for critiques.
