This is so beautiful, the rope and rail have a silk satin sheen and the light is just subtly catching the important area. The rope twists sinuously - this would be a superb abstract even without the little visitor.
One niggle - I suspect that you have painted/cloned in at least part of the water below the rail. The edge of the rope trailing away to the left is too sharp for an area that is out of focus. There are various ways to soften it, depending on your software.
