Decided to visit Falkland Palace in Fife today, which should have provided a treasure chest of pictures. However, after taking a photo of the Royal Bedchamber, I was told that flash wasn't allowed. I then took a photo of the Chapel without flash to be told that photography wasn't allowed at all inside the building. There endeth my visit!
This is a National Trust property, there was no reference to photography not being allowed on their website, nor in the ticket office and when I entered with a DSLR round my neck, they might have had the sense to intimate that I couldn't use it inside the building before I paid for my visit. Anyway...
V1 & V2 - The palace from the street.
V3 - The Bedchamber.
V4 - The Chapel (without flash and not really a sharp image)
