Can you imagine the car industry now ever releasing a shape that is so imaginative and extreme? I dont think so..

Thanks Derek - I wish they would!
you raise an interesting point though;
I was photographing a Merc SL65(non-black series) again yesterday, and noticed that the 'C' shaped sculpting lines on the sides of the car,
are certainly inspired by the sculpting on the Mustangs of the 60's and 70's, although reversed.
