I had to use an ISO of 6400 to get this fast moving shot, it came out all right. Their wasn't much light and to far away to use the flash a few hundred meters away.

Given the lighting conditions and the distance involved you have come up with a remarkably good action shot, Allen, catching the rider at the top of his jump by the looks: and it would seem that your EOS 7D has coped so well with that high ISO setting.
