May I introduce Barney who came to the studio a few months ago with his family. He did have a brother called Fred but sadly, he died leaving Barney on his own.
I think this breed of dog are so photogenic and I liked this particular shot due to his lovely expression, hope you like it too

As you say, Linda, Barney has the most appealing expression as he adopts that excellent 'pose' for you, and you have captured it so wonderfully. Colin queries the b/g, but I feel he could well be saying "Is nobody going to light the fire for me?"

Hello everyone and thanks for your comments. I forgot to mention the background and it was quite funny really. We had been in the studio and got all the shots against black and also the white backdrop but when the family came back into my office/lounge, Barney just sat down in front of the fireplace almost like he was saying 'Well is that it then' So, it was a grab shot really ![]()
