Oh yes. Really effective.
I did try masking off the guy on the right so that the edge is on the child - for me it brings the main focus in on the woman standing there. Personal choice really, because the guy feels too chopped off. But apart from that I really like the starkness and the simplicity of this.
very effective kinda agree with suzi, however really love the composition a rend stunning !!!
